Who is Carmen Bahnke?

I am a teacher and facilitator, with a degree in International Hotel Management, ICF-certified coach, and a mindfulness consultant.

Born and raised in the heart of the hospitality industry, I grew up in a family devoted to service and excellence. I studied International Hotel Management and had the privilege of working in 4- and 5-star hotels across nine cities, five countries, and three continents.

My multicultural experience taught me invaluable lessons about leadership and service, helping me understand how to transform a good team into an outstanding one.

Today, I accompany companies — especially those focused on delivering high-level services — in reducing stress, managing time more efficiently, and creating positive work environments where every team member can contribute with passion and confidence. I offer my services in Spanish, English, and French, adapting to each team’s specific needs.

My mission is to empower leaders, teams, and organizations through training, integral coaching, conscious communication, and mindfulness, facilitating their transformation into creative, collaborative, and excellence-driven work environments. My goal is to guide them toward building a corporate culture where each individual brings their best self, fueled by passion and love for what they do.
