The SERVICE method works on 7 pillars that focus on 7 points.
The need for stress management including work and home balance is more present than ever. Stress factors have cost billions to European countries due to accident and sick leave. Seeing that no one was able to offer a long-term solution for stress reduction and life balance, Carmen Bahnke, created the SERVICE method. SERVICE consists of 7 pillars to focus on 7 main points.
The SERVICE method is designed to work with each team member of the company, starting with the owner or Director of that company and then creating group sessions using techniques such as Mindfulness, coaching sessions and also meeting efficiency, non-violent communication and team building.
I gained a real know how through my years of experience on the field and using my new skills I was able to design this one year program to deliver a 5 star experience to all employees so that they can deliver a 5 star experience to the clients. The end results are lower sick leave, a rise in productivity and new leadership skills.
I can accompany international teams in English, Spanish, French and German.

1.- Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is one of the main areas of focus when wanting to strive as a company. This starts with you. As a leader, we send of all types of messages, emotions and words to our team. It begins with 4 one-to-one coaching sessions and the program finishes with two more towards the end of the process. The sessions will allow you to find solutions in yourself to seek what you want to achieve, they will bring you peace and confidence in you, your team and in the SERVICE program.
2.- Empower
Your team members need to be empowered in order to bring out the leader in them, making them take responsibility for their actions and what they bring to the company. Finding what motivates your team will allow you to become an excellent leader and to know how to empower each person individually. You will learn how to make powerful questions and how to accompany your team in every moment.

3.- Reunite
Meetings… Has anyone heard the word meeting before without rolling their eyes? How long will it be? Will we finally take decisions? Meetings are an important tool to work in an efficient way with your team. The DNA of your team is measured by the efficiency of your meetings. It is important to reunite in harmony, with a team alliance and an effective and organized meeting to manage better your time and being able to take clear and concise decisions. In order to achieve this, it is important to first create an alliance and to learn about efficient meetings.
4.- Vision
The vision of a Company needs to be understood by every member of your company. Each individual needs to know where the company is heading towards. The vision should be challenging, but achievable; clear, concise and understandable to all members of your company. It projects a positive image of the Company and inspires motivation. There are times in which a new vision needs to be created or that the existing one becomes its best version.

5.- Inspire
Inspire happiness. How? By creating a mindful environment with positive and non-violent communication. Non-violent communication inspires compassion, helps with conflict management, teaches you how to say no and how to receive no for an answer. Learning about Mindfulness will help you and others identify what stress factors you are triggered by and how it affects you and others which allows us to be more centered and more efficient.
6.- Confidence
Confidence is key in top management leaders. We will work with what confidence is to each person and how to respect and work with the three pillars of confidence. What happens if trust is broken and how and if it should get fixed.

7.- Emotions
Emotional intelligence and managing that intelligence will bring your team a sense of security and self-development that will give them confidence in themselves and in others. This will allow them to handle stress differently, from a healthier perspective. This last focus area is probably one of the most important. Only in a better world, can we give our best version of ourselves and that starts within.
